Cancellation Policy

Team Training Policy Black Ops Hitting and Player Development LLC 1. Team Attendance & Capacity No Minimum Requirement: Unlike our small group sessions, team training has no minimum attendance requirement. The session will proceed as scheduled regardless of how many rostered players are present. Roster Only: Training is strictly for players currently rostered on the team that purchased the session or package. 2. No-Cancellation Policy All Sales Final: Team sessions and packages are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a team session is booked, the time slot is dedicated to your organization. If the team is unable to attend the scheduled session for any reason, the session credit will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed team sessions. 3. Rescheduling & Mutual Agreement We recognize that team schedules (tournaments, rain-outs, etc.) can be fluid. Rescheduling is handled under the following strict conditions: Advance Notice: Requests to move a session must be made with significant advance notice (minimum 72 hours preferred). Mutual Agreement: Rescheduling is not guaranteed. It is subject to facility availability, coach schedules, and the explicit mutual agreement between the Team Representative and Black Ops management. If a mutually agreeable time cannot be found, the original session time stands. 4. Non-Transferable & Expiration Team Specific: Team sessions are non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, or traded to another team or organization outside of the original purchasing group. Validity: All team training packages are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and be forfeited. 5. Facility Logistics Teams are expected to arrive ready to start at their scheduled time. To maximize high-intensity training time, we recommend the team performs their dynamic warm-up outside or in a designated area 15 minutes prior to the session start.
