Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: Training Packages Black Ops Hitting and Player Development LLC 1. Package Overview By purchasing a training package (4-session, 6-session, 8-session, or 10-session bundle), the client (or legal guardian) agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the delivery and management of baseball instruction services. 2. Validity and Expiration All training packages are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. Any sessions not utilized within this 12-month window will be forfeited. Black Ops Hitting and Player Development LLC is not responsible for reminding clients of upcoming expiration dates. 3. Non-Refundable Policy All package purchases are final and non-refundable. No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused sessions, change of mind, relocation, or any other personal circumstances. In the event of a long-term medical injury that prevents training, a credit may be held at the sole discretion of Black Ops management, provided a doctor’s note is submitted. 4. Non-Transferable Policy Packages are non-transferable. Sessions are assigned specifically to the athlete named at the time of purchase. Sessions may not be gifted, sold, or shared with other players, including siblings, unless a "Family Package" was explicitly purchased. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling To respect our coaches' time and other athletes on the waitlist, we require a 24-hour notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from the package balance. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session. 6. Liability Waiver Participation in baseball training involves inherent risks of physical injury. By purchasing this package, the client (or guardian) assumes all risks associated with the training and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Ops Hitting and Player Development LLC and its instructors from any and all claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation. 7. Athlete Conduct Black Ops Hitting and Player Development LLC reserves the right to terminate a session or package (without refund) if an athlete’s behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to the training environment.
